Yvie Amsterdam has a gross floor area of approximately 106,000 m² and comprises a hotel tower, and a residential tower on a four-storey plinth containing restaurants, conference facilities and offices. As legal counsel for the owner of the project, we manage all legal aspects throughout the execution phase. Our role includes closely collaborating with the project team and stakeholders, to offer legal advice, ensuring the project’s protection against legal challenges and the smooth handling of legal matters. A key responsibility also entails negotiating contracts with contractors, suppliers, and service providers, securing the project’s interests.
